what do you think about mydayis??

The first one is Mydayis, a ClI! I just finished up my elective IPPE in a mental health facility pharmacy. I don’t know if I speak for most of retail pharmacies, but I have never seen Mydayis until I was in this facility. Mydayis was FDA approved in July 2017 so it’s fairly new.
Mydayis is used for ADHD in children 13 years or older and can also be used for narcolepsy (in
IR form). It is very long acting and can last up to 16 hours.
This is such an advantage for those with ADHD because there is lower chance of it wearing off so there is no need to take an Immediate mydayis cost without insurance Release form. It is an amphetamine and dextroamphetamine combination and contains 3 time-released
beads. The first bead is immediately released in the stomach. The second and third are both delayed release, but the second is released in the proximal part of the small intestine and the third is released in the distal part of the small intestine.
This explains why it lasts so long! It works by blocking the reuptake of NE and dopamine in the presynaptic terminal, thereby increasing the release into the extra neuronal space. This medication is to never be taken with Monoamine oxidase inhibitors.
It does have a black boxed warning A for misuse/ dependence and possibly cardiac events. From what l’ve heard, it’s also starting to become covered on some insurances.
